Hi everyone. Ray here, I'm 15 and love my choppers and lowrider bikes. Love the look of this site. As there are not many new members yet I thought you might like to have a look at my lowrider bikes. Its like a chopper afterall.
I'm sure you will agree being 15 means that money is a bit of an issue so after receiving my Bratz lowrider for 37 quid on ebay a few days ago, I quickly set about making it my own! The plans are:
*Green banana seat with tall chrome sissy bar
*Black paint with green pin-stripes
*Black pedals and green grips
*General tidy up with the chrome and whitewalls
Then after a few changes to get the idea of what will look like:
I then began to strip it down for painting.
I used T-cut scratch remover to clean up the chrome and bathroom cleaner on the whitealls, it worked really well!
I wanted the clips going to the back brake removed as it would spoil the look of the pin-striping. I will let the pics do the talking ;D
Gave them a quick skim of filler and gave it a wet and dry.
Next up was the pin-striping! I decided to go for white and green as one color would look to solid.
Then hit the whole bike with satin-black and clear lacquer.
Started re-assembling the bike this morning
Put it all together into this!
This is it all put together and I was quite happy with the result! I am keeping on the lookout for some kool accessories and I could do with some green pedals and grips! If anyone has any bits going cheap, give me a PM.
Since then, I have been building it up with some cool bits to make it stand out from the crowed. Not everyone's taste I know but I like getting noticed!
I added:
- Chrome mirror
- J2O bottle on sissybar
- Iron cross on fender
- Dice
- Yellow front light, rear sissybar light
- Green lights under fenders, I will get some night pics soon 8-)
In fact, I enjoyed building it so much, I did it again with another bratz bike.

I have sold the red one now and I'm hoping to give the black bike a coat of green flake. Anyway, what do you guys reckon?
